GTB/4 Daytona Spyder Conversion
Description
Superb example of a Daytona
Spyder conversion in stunning
black on black with Borrani wire
wheels. Converted by Straman in
1977–78. 30,538 well-documented
miles from new. All the
exterior chrome, trim, window
glass, including the windshield,
is excellent. The doors shut on
both sides is crisp and the
alignment excellent. Includes an
original "Clamshell" folding
cover for the folded top.
Excellent interior with very
soft leather seats, door panels
and carpets. The dash has just
been redone with correct mouse
fur and is perfect. The door
jams and sill plates are clean.
Wing window latches are still in
place, a common weak point on
Daytonas. A/C has just been
serviced and blows ice cold.
Engine compartment is original
and detailed. Original hood
supports work well; original
hood pad is in excellent
condition. Complete jack, jack
bag and hammer, spare and
records dating back to 1992. -

Description
Red with tan interior. 27,000 miles. Paint is
absolutely gorgeous. The
car, suspension, mechanicals
are all very tight, with
good power through smooth
synchros. Air conditioning
freshly serviced. Targa top
fits snugly and does not
rattle - a common issue with
GTS Dinos. Electric windows
work well. Tubi exhaust with
Euroheaders sounds like
a 206 SP.
To make this car perfect, the new owner might opt
for a new interior. Thus, we
will sell in as is condition
with the option to replace
the car's interior after the
summer driving season at a
